1. The HD Videoworx Rental Agreement is completed and signed. When gear is picked/delivered up we'll itemize all gear and check it off the invoice and have you sign. At your request, add photos and rented equipment directly into your invoice so there's never any question about what you are paying for.
2. Standard production insurance with HD Videoworx listed as additional insured & loss payee OR we require a 20% refundable deposit (not 100% like many of our competitors!), cash or credit card.
3. Valid drivers license, passport or state ID (copy of yours or your producers) which we keep on file.
